Terms & Conditions (EU)

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made on www.omelstudio.dk and are intended for customers residing within the European Union.

Payment & Delivery

We accept payment by Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay, and Visa Electron.

Your card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

All prices are listed in Euro. Shipping costs will be added at checkout and depend on your selected delivery method.

We ship with to a parcel shop near you. Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 business days after purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If you ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at omelstudiodk@gmail.com within the 14-day period. You will then receive instructions and the return address.

Returns & Return Costs

  • You must return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition. For posters, please return them in the original poster tube. For other products such as vintage clothing or accessories, use suitable protective packaging.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Items must not be returned cash on delivery or without delivery service.
  • The risk for the item during return lies with you until we receive it – please save your receipt and tracking number.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned goods and approved their condition, we will refund the product cost without undue delay – and no later than 14 days after being notified of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof of return.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

If you only return part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item – in the same way you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond this, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.

If the item has lost all commercial value due to use or damage, we cannot issue a refund.

Warranty & Complaints

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act and applicable EU law, you have a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

If your product has a defect (e.g., a manufacturing or material fault), please contact us at omelstudiodk@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue.

If the complaint is accepted and return is required, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Please always use proper packaging when returning a product, and keep your shipping receipt and tracking information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law and the relevant consumer protection laws of the EU.
