Terms of Trade
These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to purchases of goods at www.omelstudio.dk.

The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via www.omelstudio.dk.

Payment and Delivery
We accept payment with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay and Visa Elektron.

The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped.

Prices are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT. The price for shipping must be added to the price. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process. We deliver the item 3-4 days after your purchase to a parcel shop near you. We deliver the items with GLS and Postnord.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel an agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. If you have purchased several items in an order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. See about refunding delivery costs in case of cancellation below. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (not including the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. 

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

Return of the item and return costs
If you have regretted purchasing an item, you must send us an email within 14 days and we will send you the return address: omelstudiodk@gmail.com

Goods cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery.

The customer pays for the return of the item.

Refund of money upon cancellation
When you cancel, you are responsible for the delivery costs yourself. You will therefore only be refunded the amount for the product itself.

We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.

We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

If you have purchased multiple items in an order and only regret part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.

Testing the product and packaging
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

You may normally examine the item in the same way as you can and should in a store, but you may not use it. If you have used it in a way that you cannot and should not in a store, and we cannot resell it, or cannot resell it at full price, you can expect us to deduct the loss in value from the amount you are due. If the item no longer has a market value, we will not refund the purchase price.

You must return the item in the original packaging if it is a poster (i.e. in a poster tube). When returning other items such as vintage clothing, bags, etc., use packaging of your choice. You should ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk of the package/items until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number.

Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product
If you purchase a product and there is a defect in it e.g. a material or manufacturing defect the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply.

You can complain about defects in the product within 24 months from the time of delivery by contacting us at email: omelstudiodk@gmail.com

We ask that you provide as much detail as possible about the problem and please attach a picture.

If the complaint is justified and the defect cannot be remedied without returning the item, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipping. Keep the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.

Information about appeal options
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via www.forbrug.dk .

The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints can be filed at this link . When submitting a complaint, you must provide our email address: omelstudiodk@gmail.com
