Payment and Delivery
We accept payment with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay, Visa Elektron and Paypal.

The amount is only deducted when the item is dispatched.

The prices are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT. On top of the price, the price for freight must be added. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process. We deliver the item 3-4 working days after your purchase to a parcel shop near you or for home delivery. We deliver the goods with Bring, Instabox or Postnord. We currently only deliver to Denmark.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel an agreement without reason within 14 days. If you have purchased several items in one order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. See about refund delivery costs in case of cancellation below. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person chosen by you (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. 
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.


How to use the right of withdrawal
You regret by notifying us that you regret. You just have to send an email to omelstudiodk@gmail.com. You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up without at the same time giving notice that you cancel. However, if you give notice within a reasonable time thereafter, however no longer than three months from the date of your order, you can have your order resent against payment of the shipping costs for this.
