Payment and Delivery
We accept payment with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay, Visa Elektron, and Paypal.

The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped.

Prices are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT. The price for shipping must be added to the price. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process. We deliver the item 5-7 business days after your purchase to a parcel shop near you or for home delivery. We deliver the items with Bring, Instabox or Postnord. We currently only deliver to Denmark.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel an agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. If you have purchased several items in an order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. See about refunding delivery costs in case of cancellation below. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (not including the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. 
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.


How to exercise your right of withdrawal
You can cancel by notifying us that you have cancelled. Simply send an email to omelstudiodk@gmail.com. You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the goods or by failing to collect them without also notifying us that you have cancelled. However, if you notify us within a reasonable time, but no longer than three months from the date of your order, you can have your order resent for payment of the shipping costs.
