Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to private customers purchasing through www.omelstudio.com.

Payment & Shipping

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

Payment will only be charged once your order has shipped.

All prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We ship from Los Angeles with USPS anywhere in the US. Once your order has shipped, Omel Studio cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers

Delivery-time: As we sew everything ourselves and everything is made to order, the delivery time will also be longer than you may be used to. Please feel free to email us if you have an urgent order, for example, for a birthday, wedding, etc.

Returns & Refunds

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at omelstudiodk@gmail.com within the 14-day period. We will then provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Please note the following return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and, if applicable, in their original packaging (e.g., posters must be returned in poster tubes).
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • All returns must be shipped with tracking. Please retain your receipt and tracking number as proof.

We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or without delivery confirmation.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product within 14 days. The refund will be made using the original payment method.

We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item).

If you return only part of an order, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess it (e.g., worn clothing), we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund based on the loss in value.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at omelstudiodk@gmail.com. Please include a description and photo of the issue.

If the claim is valid and the issue cannot be resolved without return, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

All returned items must be securely packaged. Please keep your postal receipt and tracking number.

Warranty Disclaimer

All products are sold “as is” and without any express or implied warranties, unless otherwise specified. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any and all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Omel Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product in question.
